Stella Evgena was born in Athens in 1953. She studied at the ATO, art conservation and interior architecture under Zoumboulakis, Georgiadis and Mytaras.

She worked as an interior designer in Greece and abroad, on collaboration with the architect T. Panagiotopoulos. Moreover, for a decade Evgena was a tutor at the TEI of Athens, specialized in color and life drawing, but mainly working in the field of plastic arts and collaborating with artists such as K. Rokos, M. Litina, A. Douka.

Paintings of the artist can be found in the Municipality of Saronikos, Municipality of Lavrio, Goulandris museum of Natural History, Foundation of Hellenic World, Nikaias Hospital, Yacht Club of Vouliagmeni, Greek Consulate of Geneva, Tate Modern of London and private collections.
